Leadership and Development
Leadership is essential in teaching, inspiring both educators and students to excel. It fosters collaboration and drives innovation. We offer various opportunities to develop leadership skills, ensuring our educators lead effectively in the classroom and beyond.
Classroom Leadership and Member Development
Schuylkill Math & Reading Fluency:

Each month, a committee of students comes together to organize a Teacher of the Month. Run by the committee chair, a form is opened each month to nominate a teacher who has had a great significance on them that month. When selected, the teacher receives an award, flowers, a gift card, and a handwritten card. The initiative is said to raise teachers' spirits throughout the school.
Schuylkill Math & Reading Fluency:

Once a month, members go to Schuylkill Elementary to help support math and reading fluency among students who need additional support. This program has helped students develop the skills to adapt and explain information in new ways.
